The Wolves (7-4-1) won 2-1 against Dundee-Bradford in a Finger Lakes West league game on Thursday evening. Senior Katherine Winchester scored 2 goals in the first half to help propel the Wolves to the win. Winchester's first goal came off a through ball from junior Nadia Wehbe in the 7th minute. Just 5 minutes later, Dundee-Bradford senior Kendall Parker would tie the game after she scored in the 12 minute. HAC would score what would be the game-winning goal in the 21is minute after 8th grader Baylor Smith's cross found Winchester who slotted it into the back of the net. The Wolves would see the 2-1 advantage through the halftime break and into the 2nd HAC and Dundee-Bradford would battle throughout the 2nd half but were unable to convert any chances. HAC senior goalkeeper Robin Kratky finished with 8 saves and the Wolves earned 15 shots and 3 corner kicks throughout the game. The Wolves will travel to face South Seneca next on Tuesday, October 15th for a 6:00 PM Finger Lakes West league match up.
